It is not too distant future. The year is 2165. The fresh water of the world is running out and what is left is controlled by the Big Oil rich kingdoms of the world who control the planet regions. The superpowers have long since been dissolved and now a combination of old magic and new nanotech keeps the rich emperors in power.

This is the story of a young boy from Dry Gap The village that borders Dry Creek Who sees their world filled with water in a dream.

He knows there is a portal out there that will lead to this water source and sets out to find it.
