An intelligent Data chip implanted into Americans to identify its citizens is in operation and under government control by 2015. Despite protest from the neo authoritarian government that controls congress and rewrote a new constitution after rising to power during WWIV against China and Iran. While america was victorious in the end with help from western allies the government decided to create these chips to keep track of its citizens and to keep illegal immigrants out. At first it was only experimental but later congress approved it to be implanted in all Americans. Anyone who resisted would be labeled a potential threat to society, arrest killed or exiled/deported.
